As we grow Voyado, both in terms of new happy customers and top-class colleagues, we need to expand our capacity in Enterprise IT. The role of an IT Operations Engineer is versatile within IT operations, and you will have the opportunity to work across different domains within operations; such as contributing to the success of our cloud-first strategy, ensuring our gadgets and environments are secure, and enabling access to the right people at the right time.

About the role

As IT Operations Engineer you will have a broad role and the opportunity to contribute to the operational success and growth of our business using various cloud and on-premises platforms. Together with the team, you will have a key role in contributing to the evolution of our infrastructure and operations. 

Tasks may include, but are not limited to: 

• Maintenance, management and monitoring of IT infrastructure and systems
• Proactive troubleshooting and resolution of incidents
• Lead, participate and follow up IT projects and business initiatives
• Documentation of systems, configuration, and operational playbooks
• Ensure that there’s a high level of data and access security
• Collaborate with the team, and different departments, to develop and assist with infrastructure and security changes to accommodate new application functionality and scaling needs.

• Cisco Meraki
• iOS & Mac, Android & Windows client

In regards to experience, we believe you have previous experience working in a similar role. In addition, we believe that you have experience with Linux and Windows environments, and cloud (such as AWS or Azure).
