Who are we?
Voyado ensures brands can deliver a personal and relevant shopping experience at every touchpoint—every time, always. We provide a customer experience cloud with customer insights, loyalty concepts, marketing automation, a product discovery engine and merchandising tools. All of this leads to optimized customer journeys both on-site and in-store.
We share a genuine passion for retail and e-commerce. Product development is not something just left to the product department; at Voyado, we know that great ideas can come from every corner of the organization. Together, we influence and deliver solutions that help our favorite brands grow and increase customer loyalty, making them even easier to love.
Today, Voyado’s 300 employees are united in the mission to make us the number one customer experience cloud within retail and e-commerce. We are already the go-to for mid-size retailers in the Nordics, and we have international expansion in our sights with offices in London and Amsterdam. The journey has just started!

Evolve is the combined offering of our two products Engage and Elevate. The Voyado product cloud unites customer data, site behavior, and historical purchase information to fully understand each consumer and their intentions. It lets you use the insights to create timely and relevant experiences in every single channel.
Our history
2005
Revide is founded
Initially focused on building websites for Pizzerias, Revide also has a tiny marketing product called "eClub" in its portfolio...
2010
First expansion
Our Stockholm office is opened. “eClub” is completely rebuilt with simplicity as a guiding principle and fully moved to Azure.
2012
eClub 2.0
The first version of the rebuild sees the day. Prospecting customers love “this new thing”.
2014
Launched first major client
The well renowned Swedish brand Polarn o. Pyret decide to go with eClub 2.0. A huge milestone for the company!
2016
Full speed ahead!
eClub becomes the leading CRM tool within B2C retail, with already 50 customers in Sweden.
2017
Voyado becomes Voyado
"eClub" changes name to Voyado and now communicates with customers on 20+ markets.
2018
Continued growth
Novax enters as investor in Voyado and will be a strong partner with deep and wide knowledge from supporting entrepreneurial companies within both retail and software.
New offices, launching some of Sweden’s largest customers and full on establishment in Norway. Where should we go from here?
2020
New markets!
Voyado manages to break through in the Netherlands, going from the underdog to a fearsome competitor.
2021
Verdane partnering up with Voyado
Verdane, the Northern European specialist growth equity investor, announces it's investment in Voyado. With 30 software businesses and 25 digital consumer businesses in the portfolio, Verdane is optimally suited to help Voyado continue to scale it's operations across Scandinavia and it's expansion in Europe.
2021
Acquisition of Apptus
We widen our offering by acquiring Apptus technologies, a Lund based AI company focusing on search, navigation and on-site prediction.
2022
300+ employees!
This is the year when we opened up our London office. 🇬🇧 We also became 300+ employees!
