Ideally, this role will be placed in Munich where our DACH Country Lead is located, but it is also possible to work remotely from other parts of Germany.
About the role
You will become a key player in the expansion of the ecosystem of companies and relationships around Voyado. You will be responsible for building a local network of partners, both service partners and technology partners, expanding functionality to Voyado. Since we are new to the German market, we have a very limited partner network in place, so you will spend the majority of your time on finding new partners and getting them onboard. Together with our partner team and the rest of the commercial organization, you will work to create new co-sell opportunities and build value for joint customers through this partner network.
Your responsibilities:
- Build a partner network in Germany and position Voyado on the market
- Recruit, onboard, and scale partners
- Sell Voyado to the market with a clear positioning
- Provide partners with sales training
- Evaluate sales opportunities via partners
- Set up a business plan for new partner integrations
- Guide our different internal teams on how to work with partners
In the role, you have opportunities to develop professionally and influence Voyado’s growth strategy via the partner network.
So, who are you?
To be a perfect fit for the role, you are an entrepreneurial person with a business mindset who likes creating business opportunities for us to break through in the market. In the first year, we expect you to focus a lot on scouting new partners and you must enjoy sales toward new contacts.Â
You are genuinely interested in the tech landscape around online retail and constantly seek inspiration and knowledge that you can apply in your own work. You like to work in a collaborative environment where everyone helps each other out and everyone’s contribution matters for success.
Skills & Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Communication or Economics
- Several years of experience in B2B sales, preferably from another SaaS company in a similar role
- You’re your own Project manager setting your local plan and know how to prioritize to achieve key targets.
- You like the idea of end-customer sales but do not necessarily need to go the whole way to closing the deal
- You are fluent in German and English
- A plus is if you not only are tech-curious but also have some insight into technical integration projects or setup of SaaS platforms
Traveling regularly and evening representation is required for this role.Â
