About the role
At Voyado, our Sales Development team is vital to our companyâs success. As an SDR Manager, youâll combine leadership with active contribution, owning results for your region while leading by example.
Youâll lead a regional team of 5 SDRs across the Benelux & UK markets (part of a global SDR organization of 11 people) and report to our Sales Development Director. Your mission is clear: build high-quality pipeline, develop people and performance, and move the way we work forward.
Youâll be part of the Global Sales Development team and a key player in our high-performing revenue organization, working closely with colleagues who truly live our value of âWeâre in it togetherâ. đ
What youâll be up to
What youâll be up to
Lead and develop the regional SDR team through regular 1:1s, coaching sessions, pipeline reviews, and clear prioritization, while setting expectations and following up on execution and results.
Act as a true playerâcoach by actively generating pipeline yourself through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach, booking meetings and contributing directly to pipeline targets while leading by example in activity level, quality, and mindset.
Own execution across the region by working with forecasting, KPIs, follow-ups, and local plays, driving initiatives forward and ensuring structure in the day-to-day work while turning strategy into action.
Collaborate closely across the Revenue organization, working hand in hand with Sales, Marketing, Partners, and RevOps, as well as local Sales Directors, Partner Managers, and AEs, to build high-quality pipeline and contribute to shared goals.
Skills & background
You have experience leading SDRs, either as a Team Lead or Manager, and feel confident taking responsibility for coaching, performance, and team development.
Proven ability to drive initiatives, motivate teams, and deliver results in a fast-moving SaaS environment, with comfort in balancing structure and adaptability.
Hands-on experience working with modern sales tools, including Salesforce as CRM, Gong Engage or similar sales engagement platforms, Clay or comparable prospecting tools, and bonus experience with research tools such as BuiltWith and Systemweb.
Fluent in Dutch and professional English.
A structured and organized way of working, strong sense of ownership and responsibility, a clear results-driven mindset, and excellent collaboration skills.
Known for bringing energy and motivation to a team, leading by example and contributing positively to team dynamics.
