Weâre now looking for an experienced Technology Partner Manager to grow and strengthen our ecosystem of technology partners. This is a commercially focused role where you will own and develop a portfolio of prioritized partners, and ensure they contribute measurable pipeline and revenue.

About the role
As our new Technology Partner Manager you will be responsible for driving influenced revenue and scaling structured collaboration with our Tier 1 technology partners. You will work hands-on with joint go-to-market initiatives, partner enablement, and pipeline development, always with clear commercial targets. Youâll collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Commercial Engineering to ensure partnerships create real customer value and tangible business impact. You will work closely with our Senior Technology & Strategic Alliances Manager, who leads our most strategic Tier 1 and global ISV partnerships.
This role plays a central part in making our partner ecosystem scalable, governed, and commercially strong.
What youâll do
Own and grow a portfolio of technology partners, driving influenced pipeline and ACV contribution
Evaluate new partnership opportunities and identify strategic and commercial synergies
Turn partnership potential into structured joint plans with clear KPIs and follow-up
Build and execute joint go-to-market and scaling plans aligned with Voyadoâs commercial priorities
Identify and unlock new revenue opportunities together with Sales and Commercial Engineering
Run structured performance follow-ups and quarterly business reviews
Maintain strong partner governance including forecasting, reporting, and pipeline visibility (Salesforce & Crossbeam)
Ensure partner contracts, commercial agreements, and documentation are aligned and up to date
Act as the primary point of contact for partner enablement and coordination
Apply solid knowledge of Engage and Elevate to position Voyadoâs value within partner ecosystems
Leverage your understanding of the retail technology landscape to strengthen partner relevance and scalability
Contribute to improving partner processes, tiering models, and ways of working
As the role is global you will travel in Europe from time to time
Who you are
We believe you combine commercial drive with structure and relationship skills.
You likely:
Have extensive experience managing technology partnerships with measurable commercial responsibility
Are comfortable owning revenue influence targets and working data-driven with pipeline and forecasting
Have solid experience within SaaS, retail tech, or commerce ecosystems - experience from MarTech is considered a strong advantage.
Naturally spot synergies and think strategically about ecosystem value
Know how to translate technical capabilities into commercial opportunity
Thrive in cross-functional environments and align stakeholders without creating unnecessary complexity
Are structured, proactive, and accountable
Enjoy being out and about: presenting, networking, building relationships, and confidently owning a room
Are results-oriented, collaborative, and generous in sharing learnings with your team
