To continue building on our strong Nordic position, we’re looking for a commercially sharp and strategically minded Partner Manager Nordics to strengthen and scale our regional partner ecosystem.
About the role
As our Partner Manager for the Nordics, you’ll be responsible for developing and scaling Voyado’s regional partner network across Sweden, Norway and Denmark. You will primarily focus on consultancy partners and agencies within the retail and commerce ecosystem.
This is both a strategic and hands-on role. You’ll identify the right partners to engage with, spot commercial synergies, and turn partnership potential into tangible business impact. You won’t just sign partners, you’ll ensure we activate and grow them.
You’ll collaborate closely with our Nordic sales teams, global partner organization, marketing, and product teams to drive co-sell opportunities, joint go-to-market initiatives, and long-term growth.
Your responsibilities
Build, position, and continuously evolve Voyado’s partner ecosystem across the Nordics
Identify and recruit high-potential consultancy & agency partners
Evaluate strategic fit and spot synergies within the Nordic retail landscape
Onboard and enable partners to ensure commercial success and long-term engagement
Develop and execute joint business plans and co-marketing initiatives
Drive co-sell motions together with Nordic sales teams
Conduct training sessions and knowledge-sharing with partner organizations
Represent Voyado at industry events, meetups, and networking forums across the region
Act as the voice of your partners internally, ensuring alignment with Sales, Marketing, and Product
So, who are you?
You’re a commercially driven relationship-builder with a strategic mindset. You understand how to navigate the Nordic retail ecosystem and can quickly assess which partnerships create real value.
You’re entrepreneurial in your approach, comfortable building from scratch, creating structure where needed, and driving momentum. At the same time, you’re analytical and results-oriented, always looking at how partnerships translate into pipeline and revenue.
You thrive in a collaborative setting and enjoy being out in the market, meeting partners, presenting, facilitating workshops, and representing your company with confidence.
Skills & Background
3-6+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or SaaS sales
Experience from SaaS, retail, commerce ecosystems, or MarTech is highly relevant
Strong understanding of the Nordic retail and e-commerce landscape
Experience working with agencies, consultancies, or system integrators
Ability to drive structured partner plans while operating in a growth environment
Strong communication and presentation skills
Fluency in English and Swedish
Regular travel within the Nordics and some evening event representation are part of the role.
