We are super excited to announce that Martin Hammarlund and Theo Bolin are looking to welcome their next colleague to Voyados Account Management team. You will be part of our dynamic and entrepreneurial team of 12 people today, working closely with some of the biggest retailers in the Nordics.
As our next Account Manager, you will be the trusted advisor to a portfolio of customers, building strong relationships and driving their long-term growth with Voyado. Your role involves understanding customers’ IT landscape and business objectives to ensure they maximize the value of our platform. While much of the work happens at our office, meeting clients face-to-face is a big part of our job—whether it’s through strategy workshops, contract negotiations, or product training sessions.
Some of the things you'll be up to:
- Develop and execute account strategies that drive customer growth and long-term success with Voyado
- Uncover expansion opportunities, whether upselling, cross-selling, or deepening platform adoption - to maximize customer value.
- Ensure high customer retention and satisfaction by proactively addressing customer needs and acting as their strategic advisor.
- Collaborate closely with CSM, Technical Account Managers, Sales, and Product teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Manage key processes like Salesforce updates, contract renewals, and customer follow-ups to keep operations smooth and efficient.
So, who are you?
You’re a curious, business-minded, and customer-centric professional who thrives in a fast-paced, solution-oriented, and commercial environment. You love building relationships, translating customer needs into business value, and have a strong interest in tech, retail, and digital transformation.
- Proven experience in a commercial role, such as B2B sales, account management, or customer success.
- Background in SaaS, eCommerce, CRM, retail, or digital marketing.
- A tech-savvy mindset and ability to discuss cloud-based applications, Martech, or analytics.
- Fluent in Swedish and English (Norwegian is a plus).
- Comfortable using Salesforce and Microsoft Office.
