Head of Revenue Enablement

About the role
As Head of Revenue Enablement, you will be instrumental in enhancing the ways our commercial organization operates, ensuring we work smarter and more data-driven to accelerate our growth. Reporting directly to our Chief Revenue Officer Thomas Harris, you will take full ownership of the enablement strategy, collaborate cross-functionally with other teams at Voyado, and most importantly, you'll roll up your sleeves to drive initiatives forward. This is a highly visible and hands-on role, with the potential to evolve into building and leading a team in the future.
Some of the things you'll be up to
- Develop and execute the Revenue Enablement with alignment across marketing, customer success, services, product, and product marketing.
- Design and drive onboarding initiatives for new commercial team members to ensure fast ramp-up and long-term success.
- Create and deliver training programs tailored to team needs (e.g., industry insights, product knowledge, sales methodology, ROI discussions).
- Own and optimize the enablement tech stack, including Salesforce, Gong, and LMS tools.
- Lead the application of MEDDPICC and other sales methodologies across teams.
- Set and track critical metrics to drive a highly performant organization.
- Partner closely with internal stakeholders to ensure commercial teams have access to up-to-date product information and value proposition.

You are commercially driven, results-oriented, and thrive on creating impact through collaboration and independent initiative. You aren’t afraid to challenge the status quo and are confident in questioning existing ways of working to drive continuous improvement.
Besides the personal abilities above, you probably have:
- Solid experience building or being part of a Revenue Enablement function in a SaaS company
- Experience working with international sales organizations.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Strong project management experience, from planning to execution.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to question KPIs and pipeline health.
- Proven leadership skills, with potential to step into people management.
- Deep knowledge of MEDDPICC and modern sales methodologies and best practices.
- Fluency in English.
