One year ago, we launched our journey in the DACH region with our very first hire on the ground, Fabio Maglieri. Fast forward to today, and we’ve already brought on fantastic brands like Closed, Globetrotter, Golf House, MEGABAD, Blutsgeschwister, and MAERZ München. We’re now looking for a local Partner Manager to help grow and scale our partner ecosystem.

About the role
As our Partner Manager for the DACH market, you’ll be responsible for building and scaling a local network of partners, both service and technology-based. Your mission? Build bridges, unlock value, and grow the Voyado footprint through strategic collaborations.
Since we’re still new to the market, this is a hands-on role where you’ll spend most of your time identifying, engaging, and onboarding new partners. You’ll collaborate closely with our global partner team, sales organization, and product teams to drive co-sell opportunities and create joint value for our customers.
Your responsibilities:
- Build and position Voyado's partner network in Germany and the broader DACH region
- Recruit, onboard, and enable partners - helping them succeed commercially
- Deliver clear positioning and storytelling of the Voyado platform in the market
- Collaborate on partner-driven go-to-market activities and sales opportunities
- Conduct sales training and knowledge-sharing with partner teams
- Create joint business plans with tech and solution partners
- Be a local evangelist for Voyado, attending events, meetups, and networking sessions
- Help internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product) understand and navigate the partner ecosystem

You’re a commercially driven relationship-builder with an entrepreneurial spirit. You thrive on creating something from scratch and have a sharp eye for opportunities. Your energy is contagious and you genuinely enjoy connecting the dots between partners, tech, and business value.
You enjoy working in a collaborative, no-ego environment where everyone chips in and wins are shared.
Skills & Background:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, Economics, or similar
- 3-5+ years of experience in B2B sales or partnerships, preferably in SaaS or MarTech
- Experience working in a fast-moving, growth-stage environment
- Strong organizational skills - you’re your own project manager
- A passion for retail tech and customer experience
- Fluency in German and English
- Bonus: experience working with technical integrations or SaaS platforms
Traveling regularly and evening representation is required for this role.
