About the role
You will be pivotal in forging and fortifying partnerships, ensuring partners are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to drive mutual growth. Collaborating closely with our sales, product, and marketing teams, you'll craft a seamless partner journey from onboarding to success.
As a Partner Enablement Manager, you'll have a dynamic and varied daily routine. A typical week includes collaboration with partners at different stages, product demos, and acting as a Subject Matter Expert. You will ensure that our partners maintain a high level of competence regarding our products through knowledge sharing, workshops, demos, etc.
Examples of your tasks are:
- Developing and executing a comprehensive partner enablement strategy to drive partner performance.
- Contribute to training materials and conduct workshops to enhance partner knowledge of Voyado solutions.
- Building strong relationships with partners to understand their challenges and business opportunities.
- Monitoring partner performance and providing feedback to help improve their effectiveness.
- Collaborating with internal teams to align on priorities and ensure partners are up-to-date with product developments.
- Driving engagement through regular business trips and partner events in our different markets.
So, who are you?
We're seeking a Partner Enablement Manager who is passionate about empowering others and excels in strategic thinking and relationship management. You should have a deep understanding of partnership dynamics and a track record of successfully enabling partners or customers in a tech-centric environment.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in partner enablement, Customer Success, Solution Architecture, or in a similar role within the tech or SaaS industry.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging and inspiring diverse audiences - from C-levels in Tech to Operative marketers.
- Ability to balance strategic planning with day-to-day execution.
- Comfortable working autonomously and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus, particularly in German, Dutch, or Flemish.
