You will join Munich's local team with the DACH Sales Director and an Account Executive.
About the role
As an Account Executive, you’ll be a key player in introducing Voyado to the German-speaking market, targeting primary retailers, e-commerce companies, and brands. Your main contacts will be C-level executives and senior managers in marketing, CRM, e-commerce, and IT.
You’ll work closely with the DACH Country Lead, an Account Executive, and two dedicated SDRs, focusing on building brand awareness, driving new business, and landing key accounts in a competitive landscape. You’ll take ownership of the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, delivering tailored pitches and product demos that showcase the true value of Voyado.
While you’ll receive strong support from our SDR, partner, and marketing teams, you’re also expected to generate your own leads, showing a hunter mentality that includes cold calling and proactive outreach.
What you'll be up to:
- Establish and grow Voyado’s presence in the DACH region, focusing on Germany.
- Drive sales initiatives, targeting retail and D2C industries.
- Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to contract signing.
- Research and understand customer needs, presenting tailored solutions.
- Engage directly with decision-makers to build strong buy-in.
- Collaborate with partners, agencies, and SIs to maximize opportunities.
- Build a personal brand by being visible both virtually and at industry events.
So, who are you?
You are a driven and entrepreneurial sales professional with a proven track record in new business development. You understand the complexity of sales cycles, thrive in a competitive market, and are fearless in taking on new challenges.
Skills & Experience:
- Strong sales experience in tech/SaaS sales, retail, e-commerce, CRM, or digital marketing experience is highly meritorious.
- Success in complex sales with multiple stakeholders and long sales cycles.
- Understanding of the omnichannel, PoS, and e-commerce space.
- Confident communicator, especially with C-level executives.
- Ability to deliver value-focused product demos.
- Fluent in German and English; Italian and/or French is a plus.
- Experience with MEDDPICC methodology and a strong network within the retail industry is highly valued.
