We are super excited to announce that our CIO Magnus Ahlberg is now looking to welcome his next colleague to lead Voyados Internal IT team. In this role, you will have the overall responsibility in taking the Internal IT function to the next level together with a team of 7 great stars. 

Some of the things you'll be up to:

• Lead and coach IT Support and IT Operations
• Setting up the strategy and drive the roadmap of Internal IT 
• Own the IT toolbox and streamlining what systems we use organizationally. 

And of course as well working hands-on with IT ops on a daily bases 

So, who are you?

Apart from having a big interest for how IT as a function can automate and improve internal processes to bring business value, you are a communicate and people oriented leader. The well-being of your team is highly or after further thought the most important thing on your daily agenda. Therefore do we believe that you have great people management skills to foster a good team dynamic to enable knowledge sharing and psychological safety. 

In addition to your personal attributes, you probably have:

• Worked as IT Manager or similar manager roles for a few years
• You have a good understanding for the organizational impact IT can have and the importance of solid change management
• Experience from international organizations in scale up phase 
• You are fluent in technical and business English, both spoken and written
