What do you like most about Voyado?
The best part is that it's a kind and inclusive culture. My team is not only my colleagues but also my friends, which I appreciate immensely. And then I think it's incredibly fun when it happens a lot, and it definitely does happen a lot at Voyado.

What do you do in your role as Head of People Business Partner?
In my role, I support and coach the team to make sure we have a smooth and efficient way of supporting the business. Alongside being responsible for the teams performance,  I support managers within the Commercial organisation in all daily and annual HR processes, acting as a strategic sounding board and providing advice. Since we keep on growing the Commericla organisation outside of Sweden, I'm also working with gobal compliance and GTM strategy for new markets.
