About the Role
All sales managers at Voyado have a solid team around them. Together with Marketing, Commercial Engineering, Partner Managers, and Sales Development, we're aiming to drive growth for Voyado and lasting value for our customers.
You’ll contribute to shaping and executing our regional sales strategy. You’ll manage structured sales processes, track progress, and be responsible for maintaining momentum throughout the deals. You’ll also represent Voyado externally, at events, in panels, and through thought leadership, strengthening both our presence in the retail ecosystem as well as your own brand.
Regional Sales Managers
As a Regional Sales Manager at Voyado, you’ll own the full sales cycle across SMB and mid-market retailers, from prospecting to close. You’ll build relationships with Marketing and E-commerce leaders, run structured deals with clear commercial ownership, and consistently deliver against quota.
You're probably 3–5 years into your Software sales career and ready to step up: you want more ownership, more impact, and a clear path toward enterprise complexity. You’re competitive, structured, and motivated by growth, and you want to sharpen your craft in a team that pushes performance while supporting development.

Senior Regional Sales Managers
As a Senior Regional Sales Manager at Voyado, you’ll lead complex, high-value enterprise deals and shape how we win in the market. You’ll negotiate at senior levels, orchestrate cross-functional sales motions, and drive long-term account growth, with full commercial authority.
Beyond closing strategic deals, you’ll contribute to go-to-market direction, strengthen pipeline quality, and support colleagues through experience and insight. This role suits a commercially mature seller who balances sharp execution with thoughtful strategy, someone who values both autonomy and collective success.

What You Bring
Proven success in leading end-to-end sales processes within SaaS.
Experience building strategic relationships and closing complex, consultative deals
Experience working across the Nordic countries (SE, NO, DK)
Highly meritorious if you bring a deep understanding of the retail and e-commerce landscape.
