We are super excited to announce that Marie and Andrew are looking to welcome their next colleague to Voyado's Product team.

This is a high-impact role where you will join Voyado as Senior Product Manager & Area Lead. You will combine hands-on product leadership for Team Contacts with area-level ownership for the broader domain Data & Integrations.

You will operate at the intersection of data, integrations, platform architecture and enterprise customer needs, ensuring Voyado delivers scalable, explainable and purchase worthy CDP capabilities that drive adoption, activation and commercial impact. The role requires strong product judgment in a compex environment with large data volumes, integration-heavy flows and many technical and commercial stakeholders.

Some of the things you'll be up to:

• Own the product strategy, outcome and prioritization for Team Contact, balancing technical foundations with clear business value, adoption and predictable delivery.

• Act as Area Lead and align multiple teams around a shared CDP mission spanning customer data, events, transactions, identity, consent, integrations and developer surfaces.

• Drive a holistic and event-driven CDP foundation while delivering scalable, modular data models while supporting enterprise use cases and commercial growth.

• Shape and align integration and developer experience strategies across POS, e-commerce, CRM, marketing, loyalty, APIs and real-time data flow to reduce onboarding friction and accelerate time to value.

• Collaborating closely across Engineering, Architecture, UX and Commercial teams while translating compex data and platform capabilities into measurable customer and business impact.

So, who are you?

You bring strong stakeholder management skills, strategic clarity, strong product craft, and the calm authority needed to lead in complex environments. You’re comfortable going deep into data- and platform-heavy domains and can translate that complexity into clear valuable outcomes for customers, developers and the business.

You have senior product management experience from data-intensive products such as platforms, APIs, integrations, or CDP-like domains, and you’ve successfully defined strategy and roadmaps across multiple teams with divers stakeholders. You’re used to driving technical discussions with engineers, reasoning about data models, event-driven architecture while keeping a strong commercial lens.

You combine prioritization, stakeholder leadership and business acumen to connect technical decisions to adoption, customer value and measurable business impact.

It's a bonus if you have:

• Experience from CDP vendors, retail platforms, POS/e-commerce ecosystems or marketplaces.

• Experience from customer/partner side building integrations against a platform.

• Familiarity with GDPR, consent, identity and compliance considerations in customer data platforms.
