We are super excited to announce that Jimmy Sigwid is now looking for TWO Senior Engineers to join our Data & Integrations product area, working in either Team Points or the Omni Commerce Team.

Both roles share the same core profile and technical foundation but the teams focus on different parts of our product. You'll work close to the heart of Voyado - where customer data, transactions, loyalty and integrations come together to enable personalized retail experience at scale.

About the Product Area: Data & Integrations

Our mission is to make data reliable, accessible and actionable across members, purchases and interactions giving our customers a complete picture of every shopper. We work with large data volumes, API-heavy integrations, and a variation of customer needs which means our solutions must balance performance, robustness and flexbility.

During 2026 will we take a big step forward with our platform where a key focus going forward is a more event driven, moderns platform with strong self service capabilities and well designed public APIs.

We work in short feedback loops, close collaborations with stakeholders and a strong belief that progress is about learning not just shipping. Removing things that no longer add value is just as important as building new ones.

About the role(s)

As a Senior Software Engineer you'll work mainly with backend development contributing to both day to day livery and longer term technical direction. You'll take part in architectural discussions, collaborate closely with stakeholders and help evolve our platform to support larger customers and higher scale.

Team Points

The Points team owns Voyado's core loyalty logic - how customers earn and spend points across markets. They focuses on improving performance, adapting to a new event driven architecture and evolving features such as vouchers, rewards and point based purchases (earn & burn) for our customers.

Team Omni-commerce

Omni-commerce is a platform oriented team responsible for getting transactions, receipts and orders into Voyado. The team build API-intensive, scalable solutions that many other teams depend on, with a strong focus on data quality, performance and decoupling from legacy dependencies.

So, who are you?

We're looking for a senior backend developer who enjoys working complex systems, being close to architectural discussions and like contributing beyond just implementing tickets.

You don't need to come from a specific tech stack, what matters most is that you understand event-driven systems and how to build solutions that scale and perform under real-world load. In our teams, we primarily code in C# and SQL, but we value solid engineering fundamentals, curiosity and adaptability over exact tooling.

We also believe you're curious about the business and user context behind the code and also likes to understand why things ar built not just how. Experience or interest in retail is a strong plus as it help you quickly grasp the challenges our customers face.

You enjoy collaborating with PMs, designers and engineering colleagues and you're comfortable taking part in discovery work and technical discussions with stakeholders and architects. You're someone who can both listen and challenge and who's motivated in building solutions that create real value.
