We are super excited to announce that our CTO Joakim Grundwall is now looking for our VP of Engineering to lead and evolve Voyado's Engage Engineering Organisation.

This is a high-impact executive role where you will take full accountability for a 70+ person engineering organization, including Engineering Managers and Architects, across Stockholm, Norrköping, Linköping & Åre.

Some of the things you'll be up to:

• Lead and develop the Engage engineering organization (70+ people), including Engineering Managers and Architects, ensuring strong leadership, clarity and accountability across teams. So people feel empowered and supported to deliver at their best.

• Drive organizational and cultural evolution - strengthening empowered teams, embracing AI adoption and keep on raising the bar on how we build, learn and improve together.

• Own delivery, architecture and technical direction, making bold but thoughtful improvements while maintaining stability and trust in a complex SaaS environment.

• Partner closely with Product and Architects to align roadmap, capacity planning and technical strategy with clear business outcomes.

So, who are you?

You are a senior engineering leader with strong technical foundations and experience leading large product organizations in complex (preferably) SaaS environments. You combine architectural depth with organizational leadership and know how to balance long-term technical evolution with predictable delivery.

You lead with clarity, accountability and courage. You create trust by being transparent and consistent, take responsibility for outcomes and bring people together around a shared direction.

We believe you:

• Have led a 50+ person engineering organization, including leading leaders with full accountability for delivery, architecture and technical outcomes.

• Bring a software engineering background with the ability to engage deeply in architectural discussions and guide technically complex product development.

• Have driven change, such as AI adoption, modernization of architecture or organizational redesign in empowered team environments.

• Lead with ownership and clarity, aligning engineering efforts with business impact while building trust and collaboration across functions.

• Believe that the best engineering organisations win as a team and that leadership is about enabling others to succeed.
