We are super excited to announce that our CMO Johanne Øiestad is looking to welcome our new Head of Growth to Voyados Marketing team 🚀

Customer acquisition and growth are key marketing responsibilities at Voyado, and this role is all about the blend between sales and marketing. You'll be instrumental in guiding the buyer's journey from awareness to advocacy through structured growth processes, all while contributing to revenue growth. 

As our Head of Growth, you will lead the growth marketing team and also shape our demand generation strategies and drive key digital marketing efforts. This is a highly collaborative role, requiring you to work closely with your team of specialists and other marketing functions, such as content, brand, product marketing, and field marketing.

Some of the things you'll be up to:

• Analyzing and improving the effectiveness of the sales and marketing funnel across the customer lifecycle.
• Keeping track of our different programs, campaigns, and channels and providing the team and other stakeholders with valuable data and insights.
• Overseeing the planning, analysis, execution, and optimization of all paid channels.
• Supporting the creation and optimization of retention, upsell, and cross-sell campaigns across the existing customer base.
• Establishing and implementing nurturing campaigns to support critical phases of the customer journey.
• Working closely with local country management teams to understand market challenges and determine the best channels and tactics for each market.

You have a strong track record of leading growth marketing functions in fast-growing international businesses, demonstrating your ability to navigate dynamic environments. As an analytical and strategic thinker, you excel at translating data into actionable insights for various stakeholders, and you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get hands-on when needed. 

You understand that your success as a leader depends on your ability to empower your team and those around you to thrive and succeed. With excellent project management skills, you can effectively prioritize and reprioritize tasks for yourself and your team in a fast-paced setting. Your curiosity drives you to stay informed about new technologies, techniques, and trends in the industry, ensuring you’re always ahead of the curve.

Skills & Background 

• Minimum of 5 years in growth marketing, digital marketing, demand generation, data/analysis, or a similar field within the B2B SaaS space.
• Proven leadership skills, with the ability to balance day-to-day execution with high-level strategy work while mentoring your team.
• Experience working with senior commercial leadership and executive management teams.
• You are accustomed to navigating CRM and marketing automation systems as well as marketing analytics tools. (We currently work with Salesforce, Hubspot and Google Analytics among other tech)
• Experience with enterprise products is a big plus.
