What do you do in your role as Payroll Manager?
I have the overall responsibility for salaries, pensions, and insurance for all of our employees within the group. A selection of my tasks is to make sure that all our employees get the right salary at the right time, and administrate occupational pension and insurance in both Sweden and abroad. I take care of our company cars and bicycles and am the contact person for our collaboration with payroll services abroad regarding salaries, pension, and expenses for our non-Swedish employees. I also answer questions from managers and employees regarding for example benefits, policies, and absence as well as administrating parental leave, sick leave, and business cars. I am also the contact person for the Swedish Social Insurance Agency (Försäkringskassan) and unemployment insurance funds (a-kassa).
