About the Role
We’re growing fast and are now looking for a Senior Regional Sales Manager to establish and lead Voyado’s commercial presence in Denmark!
We’re already proud to partner with fantastic Danish brands such as Bestseller, Samsøe Samsøe, and Rains. Now, we’re looking for our first Sales Manager on the ground in Copenhagen - a unique opportunity to take ownership of building and driving Voyado’s sales presence in the Danish market. Working closely with a local SDR and the wider Nordic commercial team, you’ll play a key role in shaping how Voyado continues to grow and expand across Denmark.
You’ll drive complex, high-value SaaS sales processes and build long-term partnerships with some of the most influential retail and e-commerce brands in the region. You’ll also represent Voyado externally - at industry events, in customer meetings, and through thought leadership - helping to strengthen our presence and reputation in the Danish market.
This role is ideal for someone who combines hands-on deal execution with a strategic mindset and entrepreneurial drive, someone excited by the challenge of building something new, with strong support from an established and successful organization behind them.
The Scope
You’ll focus on enterprise and upper mid-market retailers, where digital transformation and customer experience are top strategic priorities. Sales cycles are typically long and consultative (4+ months), requiring the ability to navigate complex decision-making and influence multiple stakeholders.
You’ll collaborate closely with our Regional Sales Director Nordics (who you'll also report to), as well as Marketing, Partnerships, Product, and SDRs, to develop and execute go-to-market strategies that drive new business and long-term growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Establish Voyado’s sales presence in Denmark, building awareness and pipeline from the ground up
- Drive the full sales cycle from strategic prospecting to signed agreement
- Lead complex SaaS deals with enterprise-level retailers and e-commerce companies
- Build strong C-level relationships and become a trusted advisor to leading Danish retail brands
- Represent Voyado at industry events and panels, elevating our brand and presence in Denmark
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to tailor solutions and optimize how we work with customers
- Share insights and best practices with the broader sales team to strengthen our Nordic collaboration

You are a strategic and driven SaaS sales professional with a strong commercial instinct and the confidence that comes from experience. You’re excited by the idea of building something new, of combining strategic market development with hands-on selling.
You’re proactive, curious, and relationship-oriented, thriving in conversations with senior decision-makers and able to connect business challenges to tangible value. You bring energy, structure, and credibility - whether presenting to a customer, collaborating internally, or representing Voyado in the market.
What You Bring
- Proven success driving end-to-end SaaS sales processes with enterprise customers
- Experience building and managing complex, consultative deals with multiple stakeholders
- Deep understanding of the retail and e-commerce landscape in Denmark
- A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to establish and grow a market presence
- Strong communication and presentation skills in Danish and English
- Experience from the Nordic SaaS or digital commerce space is a strong advantage
