Voyado is launching a bold, high-impact AI initiative, and this is your chance to get in at the very beginning. You'd be working as a Senior Designer as part of this growing team together with Alexander, Stefan, Etienne and Robin, you won't just work with AI. The team with a clear mission: design intelligent, intuitive, and innovative AI-powered experiences directly into the heart of our product and bring value for thousands of users every day.

About the role

This role isn’t just about designing great features. It’s about shaping how we build them. You’ll collaborate closely with engineers, data scientists, and product leaders from day one - driving discovery, defining vision, and influencing how AI becomes a core part of our product DNA.

You’ll also help build Voyado’s core AI agent - connecting seamlessly across our entire platform and transforming AI from a feature into a fundamental aspect of our user experience.

Some of the things you’ll be up to:

• Lead Design Initiatives: Drive high-impact projects, ensuring quality, usability, and business alignment.
• User-Centered Design: Apply UX research insights to improve design effectiveness.
• Mentorship & Leadership:  Guide junior and mid-level designers, supporting their delivery and growth.
• Design System & Workflow Optimization: Collaborate closely with the design system team to maintain a scalable design system and continuously optimize processes.
• Partner with AI/ML teams – Translate technical constraints into meaningful, user-centered design solutions.

So, who are you?

You have strong cross-functional collaboration skills, an ability to inspire, influence, and guide others. You're unafraid to question the status quo and rethink how things could be done better, and besides those personal skills, you probably have:

• Extensive design experience, with at least 2 years of lead responsibilities.
• Broad foundational skills in UX/UI and deep expertise in interaction design, exploratory research, and concept development.
• Proven success in driving design in cross-functional, agile product teams - from hands-on execution to tactical planning.
• A natural drive for staying up-to-date with the latest AI design patterns and tools.

We believe it would be meritorious if you've collaborated closely with AI and ML teams, have familiarity with LLMs, generative design workflows, or applied machine learning in customer experience contexts - if not, this is a place to learn!
