We are super excited to share that one of our Engineering Managers, Jimmy Sigwid, is now looking for the next Software Developer to join Team Omni Commerce at our Stockholm office!

About the role

Omni Commerce is on a mission to position Voyado at the forefront of a dynamic and rapidly changing omnichannel retail landscape. We work with understanding and optimizing transactions - from integrating purchase data across systems to assuring that critical information flows to other teams within Voyado. We are a cross-functional team of 5 people with full ownership over our solutions, working closely with our customers to build products that drive real impact.

In the role as our next Software Developer will you be part of a collaborative and innovative team where ideas matter, solutions are built together, and there’s real ownership of the work. You will not only be asked to "write code" but also actively shape products and influence technical direction.

• Participating in discovery, coding, testing, and deploying new features
• Writing efficient, maintainable backend code in C# and SQL
• Helping define and refine non-functional requirements like performance and scalability
• Collaborating closely with teammates through workshops, code reviews, and innovation sessions
• Contributing to solutions that are intuitive for users, even when the logic behind them is complex
• Taking part in estimating and sprint planning within a Scrum framework (we like to actually finish what we start!)

So, who are you?

To thrive in this role, you should be genuinely curious about understanding complex systems, passionate about data-driven products, and excited to help shape technical solutions together with your team.

We believe you might have experience in:

• 5+ years as a software developer
• Strong skills in C# and SQL Server
• Designing and optimizing high-performance, scalable backend systems
• Event-driven architecture and automation (nice to have)
• Working closely with product teams and stakeholders to understand business needs
