Big things are happening at Voyado and we’re thrilled to share that our Engineering Manager Robin Bodin is now looking for the next Team lead

You’ll be joining a tight-knit team whose mission is turning Voyado Engage rich customer data into clear, actionable insights. On top of that Voyado is adding a new embedded analytics tool to flip the script on our data visualization and dashboard capabilities.

The team build? A small, autonomous crew of two Backend Engineers and one BI Data Analyst... and you! And as the team lead you get a unique opportunity to impact the ways of working and the team delivery.

Some of the things you'll be up to:

• Keep a four-person squad humming by facilitating stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews and retros.

• Coach engineers on UI craft, test coverage and accessibility, raising the bar for quality and consistency.

• Partner with the Engineering Manager and Product Manager to groom and prioritize the backlog and the feature/tech roadmap.

• Build and refine UI layers across Engage – from interactive dashboards and charts to embedded insight panels inside campaign flows.

• Pair with UX on wireframes, micro-interactions and a11y; turn Figma files into production-ready components.

• Review code, write tests, trim bundle size, chase performance metrics and monitor real-user data.

We work hand-in-hand with Product and UX in a lean, iterative setup. Expect fast feedback loops, empowered ownership and open doors – literally and culturally. This is a unique chance to shape both Voyado’s analytics capabilities and the everyday user journeys that thousands of marketers rely on.

So, who are you?

To thrive in this role, you relish complex UI challenges and never wait around to be told what to do. You balance craft and pragmatism, see opportunities where others see roadblocks, and bring thoughtful input to both design and process discussions. You don’t just write code – you design scalable, maintainable solutions and help the people around you do the same.

You also have some of the following skills and experiences:

• Mentoring engineers or leading agile ceremonies in a product team.

• Building production SPAs with TypeScript and a modern framework (Aurelia, React, Angular, or Vue).

• Working with dashboard/data-visualization libraries (e.g., AmCharts, Highcharts, D3).

• Consuming REST/GraphQL APIs and navigating .NET/ASP.NET Core controllers.

• Familiarity with Azure services, GitHub Actions, and optimizing at scale is a plus.
