We’re now looking for a creative Academy Content Developer to join our Customer Success team and help us create engaging online courses that maximize product adoption. If you’re passionate about learning design and love translating complex ideas into accessible content, we’d love to hear from you!

About the Role

As an Academy Content Developer, you’ll design and develop digital training content for our products Engage and Elevate. Initially, you’ll focus on creating courses for Engage as part of a parental leave cover. Long-term, your role will expand to include strategic planning, prioritization, and execution of training initiatives across both products and for our Partner Team.

Working closely with Customer Success Managers and subject matter experts (SMEs), you’ll create courses that inspire, educate, and help customers unlock the full potential of our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and deliver engaging online courses (text, videos, images) for our learning management system (LMS).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure training aligns with customer needs.
• Track course performance using data and user feedback, iterating to improve content.
• Maintain a consistent tone of voice and pedagogical structure across materials.
• Support other course creators with reviews and LMS optimization.

The role will also involve strategic planning to continuously improve and develop our training programs over time, ensuring that customers and partners gain maximum value from our products.

So, who are you?

You’re a creative problem-solver with a knack for breaking down complex topics into simple, engaging content. You thrive on collaboration and take initiative, juggling multiple tasks with ease.

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of experience in training design, content creation, or similar roles (SaaS experience preferred).
• Strong writing, communication, and video editing skills.
• A degree in communication, learning design, or a related field.
• Familiarity with LMS platforms (Learnster is a bonus).
• Fluent in English and Swedish (spoken and written).
• Project management skills and a passion for digital tools.

Bonus Skills:

• Experience in retail, CRM, or Martech.
• Knowledge of technical documentation and training material development.
