Voyado is growing across Europe, and we’re looking for a PR & Communications Manager who can strengthen our visibility, credibility, and external narrative across the Nordics, the UK, DACH, and Benelux.
This role is all about building trust and relevance for a fast-growing SaaS company operating in a rapidly changing AI and retail landscape. You’ll help position Voyado, our leaders, and our perspectives at the center of conversations around retail, customer experience, and AI.
You’ll shape narratives, identify what is truly newsworthy, and create the structure for how Voyado shows up externally across earned media, executive visibility, and thought leadership.
About the role
As PR & Communications Manager, you’ll drive proactive communication initiatives that strengthen Voyado’s market presence and support our growth ambitions.
You’ll work closely with leadership, Marketing, Product, regional teams, agencies, and freelancers to develop stories, messages, and media moments that build awareness and credibility across markets.
In this role, you will
Build and execute Voyado’s PR and communications strategy across multiple European markets.
Identify and develop compelling story angles, points of view, and narratives.
Drive proactive media outreach and secure earned coverage in relevant business, tech, and trade media.
Own Voyado’s external communications toolkit, including messaging frameworks, press kits, and narrative assets.
Lead press moments and announcements such as reports, partnerships, launches, and organizational news.
Collaborate with Social Media to amplify earned media and executive visibility across owned channels.
Work closely with regional marketing managers, agencies, and freelancers to ensure strong local execution.

You have a strong editorial instinct and know how to translate complex ideas, company perspectives, and market movements into stories that people care about.
You’re proactive, curious, and comfortable working close to senior stakeholders. You’re not afraid to challenge ideas, coach spokespeople, or suggest a bolder narrative when you believe it will create impact.
5+ years of experience in B2B PR and communications.
Experience working with SaaS, technology, or other complex B2B environments.
Strong storytelling, media relations, and proactive outreach skills.
Strong English writing and editing skills.
Understanding of how PR, thought leadership, social media, and brand work together to shape perception and trust.
A modern mindset and curiosity about how AI can strengthen communication workflows and strategy.
Experience taking ownership and building new structures, processes, and ways of working.
