Content Strategist

Voyado is looking for a Content Strategist with native-level English proficiency to join our Marketing team in Stockholm.
This role is for someone who enjoys turning complex products into clear, engaging stories and understands how content drives real business impact. You’ll play a key role in how we communicate Voyado’s value across product launches, sales enablement, customer engagement, and growth initiatives.
You’ll join a collaborative team where Marketing, Sales, Product, and Customer teams work closely together, and where your work will directly impact how we position and scale in our markets.
About the role
As Content Strategist, you'll develop and produce content that drives customer engagement, adoption, and growth.
A key part of the role is translating positioning, buyer perspectives, and customer value into scalable, high-impact content that delivers clarity, relevance, and commercial impact across channels. You'll work closely with Marketing, GTM, and Sales to create consistency across launches, campaigns, and enablement initiatives.
In this role, you will:
Develop content such as launch materials, guides, case studies, webinars, original research, and thought leadership, translating positioning into structured plans that support launches, campaigns, and lifecycle communication
Choose the right channel and format for each idea based on where it sits in the customer journey, and push for real variety: written, video, thought leadership, original research, interactive formats, whatever fits the story, then repurpose it into scalable formats across channels
Own storytelling backed by original research: spot the questions worth building data around, and turn what you learn into content that clearly communicates outcomes, ROI, and value
Act as an editorial voice in our SEO/AEO work
Ensure alignment across website, campaigns, PR, events, and enablement materials
Monitor performance and continuously refine content based on data and feedback
Use AI tools to improve research, production, and scalability
Help build structures and frameworks that improve how the team works with content
Who you are
You enjoy combining creativity with structure. You're curious, commercially minded, and comfortable working cross-functionally.
You have experience working with SaaS products and know how to translate complexity into communication that is clear, credible, and relevant for different audiences.
We believe you have:
Experience in B2B content marketing within SaaS or technology
Experience supporting GTM and marketing initiatives
Strong ability to translate positioning into compelling content
Experience producing both thought leadership and commercial assets, including original research
Understanding of sales-led mid-market or enterprise environments
A data-driven approach to improving content performance
Experience working cross-functionally and contributing to shared goals
Strong writing and editorial skills, with native-level fluency in English
Comfortable using AI daily to extend research, production, and iteration
Nice to have
