We’re now looking for a Content Strategist with native-level English proficiency to join our Product & Customer Marketing team in Stockholm.
This role is for someone who enjoys turning complex products into clear, engaging stories and understands how content drives real business impact. You'll play a key role in how we communicate Voyado's value, supporting product launches, sales enablement, and customer growth across the lifecycle.
You'll join a collaborative team where Marketing, Sales, and Customer teams work closely together, and where your work will directly impact how we position and scale in our markets.
About the role
As a Content Strategist, you'll develop and produce content that drives customer engagement, adoption, growth, and advocacy.
A key part of the role is translating product positioning, buyer perspectives, and customer value into scalable, high-impact content that delivers clarity, relevance, and commercial impact across channels.
You'll work closely with Product Marketing, GTM, Demand Generation, and Sales to create consistency across launches, campaigns, and enablement initiatives.
In this role, you will:
Develop product and customer-focused content (e.g. launch materials, guides, case studies, webinars, thought leadership)
Translate positioning into structured content plans supporting launches and lifecycle communication
Collaborate with Product Marketing to create persona-relevant content
Repurpose content into scalable formats across channels
Own customer storytelling and clearly communicate outcomes, ROI, and value
Ensure alignment across website, campaigns, PR, and events
Monitor performance and continuously refine content based on data and feedback
Leverage AI tools to improve research, production, and scalability
You'll also help build the structures and frameworks that improve how the team works with content.
So, who are you?
You enjoy combining creativity with structure, and you're curious, commercially minded, and comfortable working cross-functionally. You have experience working with SaaS products and know how to translate complexity into communication that is clear, credible, and relevant for different audiences.

Have experience in B2B content marketing within SaaS or tech
Have supported product marketing and go-to-market initiatives
Are strong at translating product capabilities into compelling content
Have experience producing both thought leadership and commercial assets
Understand sales-led mid-market or enterprise environments
Take a data-driven approach to improving content
Enjoy working cross-functionally and contributing to shared goals
Bring strong writing and editorial skills, with native-level fluency in English
