We are looking for a new colleague to join Voyado as a People & Culture Business Partner to cover a maternity leave. This is an interim assignment from May 2026 to March 2027, where you’ll play a key role in supporting our continued growth.

You’ll join a collaborative People & Culture team of four - three Business Partners and one People Generalist – and work closely with leaders and teams across the organization, with a primary focus on our Revenue organisation.

About the role

You’ll be a trusted advisor to leaders and a driving force in shaping our culture, ways of working, and people strategies. You’ll operate both strategically and hands-on, ensuring our people initiatives support business goals while creating an engaging, inclusive, and high-performing workplace as we continue to grow as a company.

In this role, you will:

• Partner closely with leaders to align people strategies with business objectives, supporting growth, engagement, and performance

• Act as a trusted advisor to leaders, providing coaching and guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace matters

• Support leaders through organizational change, offering advice on change management, communication, and implementation

• Develop and drive initiatives within talent management and career development, supporting continuous learning and professional growth

• Ensure a smooth and high-quality people experience for the Revenue organisation, covering onboarding, offboarding, compensation & benefits, compliance, and HR systems.

• Drive and maintain compliance across our international markets outside of Sweden, including Germany, the Netherlands, Denmark, and UK & Ireland

• Contribute to creating a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued, supported, and empowered

Skills & Background

• A few years of experience as an HR/People Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role, preferably within a fast-paced SaaS or tech environment

• Proven experience partnering with leaders to align people strategies with business goals, supporting both organizational growth and employee success

• Strong knowledge of talent management, employee relations, and organizational development

• Hands-on knowledge with core people operations such as onboarding, offboarding, compensation & benefits, and compliance, ensuring smooth and scalable processes

• A data-driven mindset, with experience using people insights and analytics to inform decisions

Experience from high-growth, international environments, particularly supporting Revenue organizations, is considered a strong plus.
