We’re looking for a motivated Finance Intern to support our finance teams in further strengthening our financial operations at our Stockholm office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to learn SaaS and finance fundamentals at a European SaaS leader!

Scope of your internship

As a Finance Intern at Voyado, you’ll work closely with the finance team to help us ensure that key information from customer agreements is captured and documented in a structured way.

You’ll also support the business control team in optimizing how we use our invoicing system, making sure inputs are aligned with how we want to track and analyze the business.

This internship is designed to give you hands-on experience in SaaS finance operations and exposure to real business challenges in a fast-growing international company. 

This is a two-month paid internship, October 1st - December 1st, with a scope of 20 hours a week. There might be an opportunity to continue your internship at Voyado, depending on the needs of the company. 

Some of your tasks:

• Review customer agreements and document key parameters.
• Support the team in structuring and optimizing data in our invoicing system.
• Help align contract and invoicing data with how we analyze and manage the business today.
• Assist in ad-hoc finance and business control projects to improve processes and insights.

So, who are you?

We believe you are detail-oriented, structured, and curious to learn. You take initiative, enjoy working with data, and are motivated by contributing to scalable finance processes in a growing SaaS business.

Besides these personal abilities, we believe you have:

• Strong knowledge of Excel.
• Ongoing studies in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish or English.

It’s a strong plus if you also have:

• Experience working with customer agreements or contracts.
• Knowledge of SaaS business models.
• Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce or Younium.
