About the role
We’re on the lookout for an ambitious Sales Director to lead and scale our business in the Nordics. In this key leadership position, you’ll be the driving force behind our Nordic market, taking full ownership of the region and leading the charge in acquiring new customers. Your mission? To create and seize new business opportunities, manage the entire sales process, and lead your team to consistently win and grow our presence across the Nordics.
You’ll lead a local team of several Sales Managers, supported by a dedicated SDR team, a marketing, partner and commercial engineers team. While you’ll have the autonomy to shape our Nordics sales strategy, you’ll also have the backing of our experienced management team, providing you with unparalleled support and resources to achieve your goals. In this role, you will be reporting to the VP of Sales.

The role is based in Sweden, with regular travel across the region.
Your responsibilities
Nordic Sales Leadership: Own and lead the performance of the Nordic sales team, our most important region in terms of revenue, by setting a clear direction and ensuring the team consistently delivers on targets.
Team Coaching & Enablement: Lead, coach, and inspire a team of experienced Sales Managers. Foster accountability and engagement, support in complex sales processes, and address performance or delivery challenges directly and constructively.
Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement winning sales strategies tailored to different customer segments, from mid-market to enterprise. Ensure alignment with company goals and market dynamics.
Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, driving the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives in retail and e-commerce.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with our sales development, partner, business development, revenue ops., marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure sales efforts align with overall company objectives.
Market Insights: Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions and maintain Voyado’s competitive edge.
Brand Ambassador: Represent Voyado at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities, boosting our brand visibility.

You're a strategic and hands-on sales leader with a proven track record of driving performance in complex B2B sales environments, preferably within SaaS. You bring a mix of structure, energy, and business acumen, and you know how to engage and push a team to excel.
You have a customer-centric mindset, always focused on delivering real value, and you're confident navigating complex dialogues and negotiations. You build strong relationships, internally and externally, and understand that sales is a team effort, not a solo act.
You're a collaborative leader who thrives in cross-functional environments and values tight alignment with other business areas. You’re also confident when it comes to managing tough conversations, addressing and setting clear expectations, without losing your ability to motivate and inspire.
You combine an entrepreneurial spirit with a strong drive for results. You love closing business, but even more, you love building a team and culture where consistent delivery is the standard.
Skills & Background:
- Multiple years of leadership experience in B2B SaaS or software sales
- Strong leadership abilities, with experience in leading and developing high-performing sales teams in the Nordics
- Proven success in driving sales growth and exceeding revenue targets
- Proven ability to drive new business, lead complex sales cycles, and close strategic deals
- Skilled in cross-functional collaboration and commercial planning
- Genuine interest in the tech landscape of online retail and familiarity with our product offering.
- Fluent in English and Swedish, or another Nordic language
