Erica, you are since May 2024 our new CEO. We need to start with the question - how does it feel?
It feels fantastic, I’m really excited to work even more with all the business areas and make Voyado an even better company. I want to tackle all the challenges we have. I’m so eager to work with the different teams at our different offices! We have fantastic Voyadoers, and it’s going to be so much fun working in this more comprehensive role.

What has been the absolute biggest change from being the CFO to entering the CEO role?
In my previous role, I’ve worked so broadly, focusing not only on financials but also on strategy and business development. But now when I’ve stepped into the CEO role, I can focus more on developing Voyado reaching our strategic intents and long-term goals.

What do you do in your role as CEO?
I work with all the business areas and try to make Voyado an even better company. I want to tackle all the challenges we have. I’m so eager to work with the different teams at our different offices! We have fantastic Voyadoers, and I love working in this comprehensive role as a CEO role is where I can be a part of developing Voyado to reach our strategic intents and long-term goals.
