Our recruitment process

Application

Apply with your LinkedIn profile and/or your resume. The more the merrier! Our TA team will then shortlist the applications and make a first selection of relevant candidates.

Screening

Your first interview with Voyado will be through phone or Microsoft Teams with one of our TA Partners. You will get more information about the company, the role you applied for and be asked questions related to your work-life experiences.

Interview

During the recruitment process with us you will get the chance to meet with a bunch of Voyadoers. For example, we want you to meet with your future manager and team members. During these meetings you will focus on everything from previous work experience, specific skills and what kind of food and music you like. 

Test

In some of our recruitment processes you will be asked to complete a practical test or a case. You will get all information you need to complete the assignment at home before presenting it for us. We believe this is a great and fair way to evaluate candidates from an objective point of view. 

Decision

Everyone you have met with during your recruitment experience with us will then come together and discuss whether you have met the expectations they have been assessing or not.

References & background check

Before giving a candidate a formal offer we always ask to get in touch with two references and perform a background check. This applies to all roles. 

Offer

When things are coming to an end, the hiring manager will be the one offering you the position. One of our TA Partners will also reach out to you to collect relevant information.
