As our Compensation & Benefits Specialist, you’ll be right at the heart of how we think about rewards at Voyado. This is a brand-new role for us, which means you won’t just step into something ready-made; you’ll help build it. From day one, you’ll shape how we approach compensation and benefits as we continue to grow and scale.

This is an international role, and you'll be working across multiple markets, which means staying on top of local practices, regulations, and legislation is a key part of the job. You'll make sure our rewards are fair, competitive, and future-ready, helping us attract, keep, and inspire the amazing people who make Voyado what it is.

Some things you’ll be up to:

A big part of your role will be to drive and continuously improve our annual salary review process, ensuring it’s fair, transparent, and aligned with where we’re heading as a business. You’ll turn salary benchmarks and market data into clear, actionable insights, and partner closely with People Partners, Talent Acquisition, and managers to support salary setting and reward-related topics.

You’ll also play a key role in developing the foundations of our reward structure - supporting and evolving our job architecture and salary frameworks, as well as leading the implementation of the EU Pay Transparency Directive.

Some other things you'd focus on:

• Manage and further develop our global benefits and incentive programs across different markets, ensuring they're relevant and competitive locally
• Ensure our compensation practices are aligned with global policies, regulations, and local legislation
• Collaborate with external partners across different markets (e.g. benefits providers, pension partners, benchmarking vendors)

So, who are you?

To thrive in this role, we believe you bring 2-3 years of hands-on experience within Compensation & Benefits and feel confident navigating areas like salary reviews, benchmarking, and pay equity. You’ve likely worked with job architecture and job mapping before, and you’re comfortable using data to guide your decisions - Excel is simply part of how you get things done.

You’re structured and proactive, with a natural ability to take ownership and move your work forward. With a sharp analytical mindset and an eye for detail, you enjoy solving problems and turning insights into action. At the same time, you’re great at building relationships and know how to guide and support stakeholders in compensation-related topics in a clear and approachable way.

Since this is an international role, you're comfortable navigating different cultural and regulatory contexts, and you know that what works in one market doesn't always translate directly to another. As we're an international company, fluency in both English and Swedish is a requirement to be successful.
