Do you want to own and develop Accounts Receivable in an international SaaS company experiencing strong growth?

We’re looking for an AR Manager who wants to take full ownership of our AR domain, ensuring stable cash flow, strong internal controls, and building scalable processes that support our continued growth.

This is a role for someone who doesn’t just maintain a process, but improves, simplifies, and future-proofs it.

About the role

As AR Manager, you will own the entire Accounts Receivable process. You’ll ensure that invoicing, follow-up, risk management, and month-end activities are performed with high quality, while continuously improving and optimizing how we work. You will be responsible for our systems and tooling, making sure all integrations are up and running, and that we're using best practices.

The role is both operational and development-driven. You’ll work closely with Finance, Sales, and Customer Success, and act as the natural point of reference for everything related to AR.

Some of the things you'll be up to:

• Own and continuously develop the full AR process

• Ensure accurate and efficient customer invoicing

• Be responsible for DSO, aging analysis, and cash flow impact

• Identify and manage credit risks in close collaboration with the business

• Ensure proper handling of credit notes, disputes, and provisions

• Own AR-related reconciliations and month-end activities (cut-off, provisions, GL reconciliation)

• Drive automation and build scalable ways of working as the company grows

Besides these personal traits, we believe you have;

• Several years of experience within Accounts Receivable and cash collection

• Experience owning and developing AR processes

• Experience with reconciliations, month-end closing, and internal controls

• Proficiency in Excel

Experience from an international environment is considered a plus, and familiarity with a SaaS or subscription-based business model is a strong advantage.
