As an Associate Solution Architect, you’ll take on a hybrid role blending hands-on technical resolution with solution design and implementation guidance, ensuring seamless service delivery and an excellent onboarding experience for Voyado Elevate customers and partners. You’ll be involved in solving complex technical issues, guiding customers and partners through setup and configuration tasks, and contributing to the design of effective, scalable solutions. This role is especially impactful in implementation projects led by full-service partners.
This is a position ideal for someone early in their technical career who is eager to grow into a broader architectural role over time. You will spend the majority of the time on customer support and also support regularly with customer onboarding.
Some of the things you'll be up to:
Ensuring Continuity & Value Realization
Resolve one-off technical issues within Voyado Elevate and guide users through complex use cases.
Collaborate with internal teams, customers, and partners on configuration and onboarding-related tasks.
Work with the Product Development team to raise and clarify bugs or systemic issues, providing clear, actionable documentation.
Identify and recommend improvements to tools, workflows, and documentation resources such as FAQs and knowledge base content.
Driving Solution Excellence
Deliver clear, actionable technical insights to help customers unlock full value from the Elevate platform.
Take part of onboarding activities to define and present efficient, scalable solutions aligned with best practices.
Coordinate closely with full-service partners to align technical execution with both platform capabilities and customer needs.
From time to time, facilitate in-person workshops and training across the Nordics, Benelux & DACH region.
Share observations and learnings from real-world implementations with internal stakeholders to shape product enhancements and customer experience improvements.

Skills & Background:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
Proven hands-on experience with programming languages relevant to modern web technologies.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
Familiarity with XML, JSON, REST APIs, and scripting or lightweight development tasks.
Ability to explain technical concepts in a way that resonates with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Full proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
A proactive mindset, interpersonal confidence, and a genuine interest in customer outcomes.
It's a big plus if you also have any of the following:
As we grow our customer base in Europe, it's very beneficial if you have Dutch or German language skills. 🇳🇱🇩🇪
Previous experience in SaaS environments, especially involving platform monitoring or AWS.
Background in solution architecture or systems integration.
Understanding of retail, e-commerce, or marketing technology ecosystems.
Familiarity with tools such as Postman, Linux, or Jenkins.
