We’re excited to share that our Customer Success team is growing, and we’re now looking for a Customer Success Manager! This is a key role with a strong impact on our customers’ long-term success and value realization. About the role
The overall responsibility of the Customer Success Manager is to maintain and grow customers by combining technical understanding with commercial insight to drive measurable business value. The role focuses on ensuring successful technical implementations, strong product adoption, and long-term customer outcomes, ultimately turning customers into advocates of Voyado Elevate.
Daily tasks include leading post-sales customer engagements, translating technical capabilities and usage data into clear value propositions, driving product adoption and best practices, identifying growth opportunities, and supporting commercial discussions together with Account Management. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and partners to maximize customer investment in Elevate. You will be part of a team of five Customer Success Managers and report to the Head of Customer Success.
Some examples of your daily work:
Lead customers through the entire post-sales lifecycle by building trusted relationships and ensuring long-term success and measurable outcomes with Voyado Elevate.
Drive product adoption and customer value by combining technical understanding, usage data, and best practices into clear value propositions aligned with customers’ business goals.
Analyze KPIs and product usage trends to identify high-impact initiatives, demonstrate ROI, and uncover opportunities for growth and optimization.
Collaborate closely with internal teams and partners to support commercial discussions, strengthen customer engagement, and turn customers into long-term advocates of Voyado Elevate.
So, who are you?
You are a strong communicator who enjoys turning complex technical concepts into clear, actionable value for customers. You are tech-savvy, curious, and motivated by helping customers succeed, while building long-term, trusted relationships. You take ownership of your work, are structured in your approach, and thrive in close collaboration with both customers and internal teams.
Besides those personal skills, we believe you have the following:
Experience working in Customer Success or a similar client-facing role in a SaaS- or technical environment, or from the customer side in a comparable context working closely with vendors or partners
Ability to combine business understanding with technical insight to drive measurable customer outcomes
Experience managing multiple customer accounts and complex stakeholder setups
Strong communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
Bonus points for:
Experience within e-commerce and retail, preferably in areas such as search, merchandising, or personalization
Experience working with APIs, integrations, or data-driven platforms
A technically oriented education, such as Information Systems, Information Architecture, or similar
