We are super excited to announce that Jacob Brander is looking for the next Partner Success Manager to Voyados Partner Success team. 

As Partner Success Manager for Voyado Elevate, you’ll be part of our Services organization, the team responsible for ensuring operational excellence and delivery quality across Voyado’s product suite. You’ll sit at the intersection of technology, enablement and operations. Helping our Solution Partners master Voyado Elevate- from Search and Merchandising to Recommendations.

Some of the things you'll be up to:

You’ll make sure our partners have the technical know-how, best practices, and support they need to succeed — not just during implementation, but throughout the entire customer lifecycle. You’ll work closely with teams across Services, Customer Success, Product, and Sales to build scalable partner enablement programs, strengthen collaboration, and grow partner maturity across markets.

• Enable partners to design, implement and optimize Elevate solutions covering search, merchandising, and recommendation logic.
• Provide hands-on technical and operational guidance, helping partners build scalable and reusable implementations.
• Develop and deliver structured enablement and certification programs focusing on Elevate's functionality, API usage and performance optimization.
• Partner with Customer Success to ensure partners drive adoption and measurable business results and sustained customer value.
• Conduct governance reviews and track partner readiness, integration health and delivery quality.
• Act asa bridge between partners, Services and internal teams sharing insights that strengthen Voyado's partner ecosystem

To thrive in this role you bring a structured and solution-oriented approach and you're someone who enjoys turning complex challenges into clear, actionable outcomes. You know how to plan, prioritize, and build repeatable frameworks that scale. Collaboration comes naturally to you; you build strong relationships, communicate clearly across teams and value transparency. Above all, you’re proactive and driven, taking initiative and pushing ideas forward.

• Proven experience from a technical customer- or partner-facing role within e-commerce, retail tech, or martech.
  • Hands on understanding of APIs, integrations and data flows, confidence discussing them with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Familiarity with modern web technologies or scripting (e.g., JSON, REST APIs, JavaScript, Python, etc.).
• Experience driving measurable results, such as improved adoption, conversion or other key performance metrics.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
