We are super excited to announce that Sara Asghar, Linus Thelander Sjöstrand and Gurjeet Mork are looking to welcome their next colleague to Voyado's Revenue Operations team! As part of this growing function, you’ll play a key role in shaping scalable processes that support our commercial success and long-term growth.
About the role
We’re hiring our first Deal Desk Manager to establish and run the day-to-day operations of our deal desk function. This is a hands-on, high impact role suited for someone who thrives in fast-paced, scaling environments and enjoys building from the ground up. You’ll work closely with Sales, Finance, and Legal to support deal structuring, streamline quote-to-close processes, and lay the foundations for scalable, repeatable revenue operations.
As our first dedicated hire in this area, you’ll also play a key role in creating deal governance frameworks, bookings guidelines, and approval workflows that enable commercial speed without sacrificing control or margin discipline.
Some of the things you'll be up to:
- Manage the end-to-end deal desk process, providing guidance to Sales and Account Management on pricing, discounting, contract terms, and approval workflows.
- Serve as the first point of contact for Sales and AMs on deal structuring questions, balancing speed-to-close with compliance and risk management.
- Review, structure, and validate commercial proposals to ensure alignment with company policies, margin objectives, and revenue recognition standards.
- Own and administer the contract lifecycle management (CLM) system (Ironclad or similar), ensuring templates, workflows, and approval processes are up to date and aligned with business needs.
- Partner with Sales, Legal, and Finance to drive adoption of CLM tools, streamline contract execution, and improve compliance tracking.
- Provide day-to-day support and training for the sales organisation on deal desk processes, pricing guidelines, and contract workflows.
- Develop enablement materials in partnership with Revenue Enablement (playbooks, FAQs, guides) to empower the sales team with the knowledge and tools needed to navigate deal desk processes smoothly.
- Work closely with Finance and Revenue Operations to ensure bookings guidelines, discounting policies, and approval thresholds are clearly defined and consistently applied.
- Identify opportunities to improve and automate deal desk processes, enhancing scalability as we grow internationally.
- Act as a key stakeholder in pricing and commercial strategy discussions, providing data-driven insights into deal trends, win rates, and margin impacts.
So, who are you?
We are looking for a Deal Desk Manager with 3+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Commercial Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar function, ideally within a SaaS or recurring revenue business model. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Sales, Legal, and Finance teams, acting as a trusted partner who can influence decision-making across the organization.
You have a strong ability to create structure by designing scalable processes and policies, while bringing a deep understanding of SaaS deal constructs, including MRR/ARR, revenue recognition principles, and pricing frameworks. Striking the right balance between commercial flexibility and operational rigor comes naturally to you, ensuring both business growth and effective risk management.
Your technical proficiency includes Salesforce and other CRM or quote-to-cash systems, and you bring an exceptional eye for detail, a process-oriented mindset, and a strong sense of accountability to everything you do.
