About the role

This is a high-impact role where you will join our team, Bonnie, in a new strategic AI initiative. You will be responsible for the direction of our insight and activation capabilities, helping our retail customers gain predictive, explainable, and actionable insights to drive personalization and commercial success.

Bonnie is an AI-driven, always-on, in-app assistant designed to guide, automate, and take action across our CRM platform. As part of your role, you will continuously identify and drive opportunities for improvement across the product lifecycle, showing product excellence by coaching others, creating shared standards, and modelling a customer-centric and outcome-driven mindset.

Some examples of your responsibilities:

• Translate complex AI capabilities into user-friendly, robust, and value-bringing product experiences.
  
• Manage product lifecycle end-to-end, from discovery and validation through delivery, launch, and iteration, monitoring KPIs to assess impact and insights.
• Develop a compelling vision and long-term roadmap for your area aligned with Voyados' goals; translate into tactical plans balancing innovation, speed, and stability.
• Leading strategic planning and roadmap discussions with other Product Managers and stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues in Engineering, UX, Marketing, Sales, Services, and Customer Success to align initiatives and build effective partnerships across the business to make sure we’re aligned and moving forward together.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to senior and experienced product managers, contributing to the growth and development of the product area and teams as a whole.

So, who are you? 

You are a strong communicator, business-oriented, and possess a strategic mindset that enables you to drive meaningful change. In addition to these attributes, you are likely:

• Senior Product Manager / Area Lead experience in B2B SaaS or martech.
• Experienced in defining strategy, roadmaps, and successfully delivering outcomes at scale across multiple teams.
• Experience applying AI/ML and data-driven insights into product strategy.
• A strong people leader who knows how to coach, empower, and elevate those around you.

If you have deep knowledge of CRM and CXP solutions for retail with a hands-on understanding of how retailers think, operate, and make decisions, that would be extra meritorious.
