Holistic Wellness Weeks
We genuinely care about the well-being of each other.
Since we believe that your mental and physical health is in sync, we created Voyado Holistic Wellness weeks where we focus on creating awareness around both aspects. Four weeks dedicated to focusing on our well-being by giving ourselves some extra love throughout the month. We want it to be about feeling good from the inside out, and we can achieve that in various ways.
One of the things we do is a wellness challenge where you earn points for different activities. You don’t have to love running and intense workouts, but is always able to collect points by playing with your kids, meditating, taking care of your garden etc.
The layout of the week can differ a little depending on what Office you’re located at but we’ve played padel in Amsterdam, done cold baths in Stockholm, and group workouts in Lund. We've had panel discussions about wellness from different perspectives, yoga sessions at the office and internal guest speakers with focus on mental well-being and how we can support each other in the best way possible.
