What do you do in your role as IT Support technician? 

What I do in my role as an IT support technician is to take care of IT-related matters within the company (internally). The duties may involve handling both hardware and software, for example setting up a new account for a new colleague, purchasing new equipment or setting up IT equipment, e.g. to install access point.
