About the role
As a Voyado specialist you will be the heart of knowledge when it comes to the nitty gritty details. You know everything there is to know about configuration, integration and migration. You guide both the customer and integrating parties, you support your team whether it’s in a project or internally in the advanced troubleshooting that customer support requires.
Join the team for both Discovery and Project implementation phases and focus on:
- Setup and configuration of the platform – and handle all integrations
- Be the primary contact for all questions regarding the technical part of the onboarding
- Training sessions with the customer
- Support, both 1st- and 2nd line
- Take part of internal work such as product development
- Documentation and continuous improved way of work

So, who are you?
A curious, humble and inclusive team player with a knack for solving tricky puzzles, both on your own and together with the team. Learning new things is a core value, especially in the dynamic environment where you will operate. But you are also hungry and ambitious and not afraid to go that extra mile when needed.
Skills/Backgrund:
- A degree with techy orientation (University or Trade school doesn’t matter)
- Experience from consultancy work, preferably IT
Nice to have:
- Experience from working with SaaS platforms (or as an application consultant in general)
You speak Swedish – but since we are planning to take over the world you must be comfortable with technical and business English, both in speech and writing.
