Senior Revenue Enablement Manager (Interim)
Are you ready to play a key role in shaping the future of a fast-growing SaaS company?
At Voyado, we are on an exciting journey, expanding internationally and constantly pushing the boundaries of what’s possible. We’re looking for a doer with a sharp mind and entrepreneurial spirit, someone who thrives in a collaborative, innovative, and ambitious environment.
If you’re passionate about executing strategies that drive real business impact, want to join a company that is evolving its enablement and embracing AI to help teams learn, experiment and work smarter - this is for you!
About the role
We’re looking for interim support to strengthen the team December 2026 - October 2027. This is a hands-on role for someone who can connect strategy with delivery. You’re equally comfortable advising a Sales Director, coaching an enablement colleague, and running a session yourself as you are with coordinating SME's, translating requests into clear needs through strong discovery, and then design solutions/workshops/programmes. The role focuses on keeping our enablement programme running well and improving it where you can.
Some of the things you'll be up to
Running the enablement calendar and cadence across the revenue organisation, making sure sessions don’t overlap and the aliases stay up to date
Creating and delivering enablement programmes tailored to team needs, such as product knowledge, sales methodology, industry insights and ROI discussions, from design through rollout, measurement and iteration
Designing and running quarterly enablement sprints for New Logo teams, setting the theme and following up with leaders to make sure new skills and processes stick
Working with Revenue Leadership to maintain and evolve our home-grown sales methodology, bringing in best practice from frameworks such as MEDDPICC and Command of the Message where it adds value
Partnering across the business, including Sales Development, Sales Directors, Deal Desk, Commercial Engineering, Marketing, Product Marketing, RevOps and Talent Acquisition, so enablement stays aligned with pricing, product, messaging and hiring
Managing commercial content, playbooks and quick links in our internal revenue hub
Manage and deliver Revenue communications & training calendar - Slack flash, all hands, enablement sprints etc.
So, who are you?
You’re a structured, commercially minded revenue enablement professional who has collaborated with managers to land new messaging, products and processes, so they’re adopted rather than handed down.
Besides the personal abilities above, you probably have:
5+ years of experience across sales, business development, or sales enablement roles in B2B SaaS
You’ve designed and delivered training and content for customer-facing teams, and helped managers embed new sales practices, processes, or methodologies
Strong project and programme management, from planning through to execution, including running individual projects while owning the wider programme
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
Resourcefulness and prioritisation: you’ve delivered with limited headcount and can explain what you focused on and what you stopped
Facilitation skills, and comfort working with subject matter experts to guide sessions
An analytical mindset with the ability to question KPIs and pipeline health
Knowledge of MEDDPICC and modern sales methodologies and best practices
Fluency in English
Having experience as a quota carrier, where you understand the job from the inside, is a strong plus.
What's in it for you?
You’ll have a visible role with the opportunity to shape how our revenue teams learn, sell, and succeed. You’ll join colleagues who share what they know, support each other, and welcome new ideas.
Here’s what you can look forward to:
A voice in key decisions – bring the enablement perspective to company initiatives, from new pricing and messaging to how we win new customers.
Room to shape the work – build on our existing enablement program, bring your own ideas, and see them put into practice.
An opportunity to make a lasting contribution – help develop the way we onboard and support our growing revenue organization, leaving teams stronger beyond your assignment.
Space to experiment with AI – use AI tools to create learning experiences, test new approaches, and spend less time on repetitive work.
