What you will do:

You will be a part of Customer Success, a team that provides customer development and support. Our squad are currently looking for the next superstar who will provide technical product support to Voyado customers. This particular role will evolve over time, so we hope you want to tag along.

  • Initially offload 1st line support, then graduate into 2nd line to take on more technical challenging cases. You have a huge opportunity to be a part of how we shape our 2nd line for the future!
  • Work close with our 3rd line team, raise bug fixes, or other queries that needs their involvement
  • Provide feedback and have a proactive approach on systemic issues, improvement areas and more to the team and Support Lead.

Skills/background:

  • Extensive experience working with technical support, great if you are into SaaS.
  • A degree with techy orientation (University or Trade school doesn’t matter)
  • Fluent in Swedish and English (many of our customers are Swedish but we are growing in Europe)

  • Curious by nature with a never-ending interest in growing and learning
  • Work with a proactive mindset and always try to anticipate what the customer needs
  • Team player mentality
  • Ability to multitask but still stay organized
  • Service oriented with a customer focused approach
