About the role
Are you a dynamic and detail-oriented CRM enthusiast ready to take ownership of our Salesforce platform? We're looking for someone like you to manage, optimize, and elevate our Salesforce system, ensuring it aligns seamlessly with our business goals. You'll play a critical role in supporting our teams, driving efficiency, and ensuring compliance across the board. Your expertise will be key to keeping our Salesforce system at peak performance, helping us maintain our competitive edge in the market.
Some of the things you'll be up to:
- CRM Management and Configuration: Take the lead on configuring and continuously optimizing our Salesforce CRM. Ensure it meets the evolving needs of all user groups while supporting our strategic business objectives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for Salesforce, managing communication with external consultants and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with our business strategies.
- Training and Support: Conduct training sessions with internal stakeholders and Salesforce users. You'll ensure everyone follows best practices and maximizes the system's potential.
The employment will initially be a temporary position until March 2026, but there is a chance of permanent employment.
So, who are you?
We're looking for a proactive CRM professional who’s excited to take ownership of our Salesforce system. As the go-to person for all Salesforce-related questions, you’ll need a strong understanding of CRM best practices and a consultative, service-minded approach.
Skills & background:
- Proven experience as a Salesforce system administrator
- Proficiency in CRM configurations, best practices, and the ability to create and deliver effective training sessions.
- A consultative mindset, with the ability to advise and support colleagues on best practices.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and plan your work effectively.
- Fluency in English is required; Swedish is a big plus.
