Björn, Johan, and Maciej are looking to welcome their next colleague and if you ask them why they chose Voyado the consensus is getting to operate in the unknown in greenfield projects. It's up to the team to set processes and ways of working while building bridges between our two products Engage and Elevate. The vision is to enable the usage of all product knowledge, combined with the knowledge of consumer behavior to enable a world-class experience in retail and e-commerce.

Besides working on synergies in our two products, team Onsite works on enabling relevant and personalized communication between retailers and their customers. We do this by tracking and utilizing events on retailers' sites. Just to mention a few lovely customers using Voyado today are By Malene Birger, XXL, Cervera, Dormy, Apoteket, and Bergans of Norway. 

About the role
You will not only write code. You will work throughout the entire development cycle, from technical discovery, solution design, and architecture to programming, QA, and setting up release pipelines.

Some other things you’ll get to do:

• Work in an empowered product team, with other Engineers, a Product Manager and UX.
• Build new features and functionality into our platform to find ways of combining product knowledge with the knowledge of consumer behavior to enable great experiences in retail and e-commerce.
• Work across the stack; from backend, infrastructure, and deployment to databases and frontend.
• Conduct regular code reviews with continuous integration and agile and lean practices.

• We work in a team; the team has full ownership over the OnSite domain as well as the joint product offering.
• Our dev organization consists of multiple teams that collaborate and interact daily
• We work according to Agile principles
• A clear connection between company vision and daily work, through the use of OKRs

Considering we work with the integration of our two products we have a versatile tech stack. Two tech stacks in two separate cloud environments and some of the techs we use are .NET/C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, Node.JS, Redis, AWS, and Azure.

So, who are you?
You have a genuine interest in tech and a growth mindset where you'll look at technical problems and dig in even though the path isn't laid out for you. You like experimenting with new ways to do things and share your knowledge and findings with the team.

You have some of the following skills and experiences:

• A couple of years as a Fullstack Developer
• Experience with .NET or Java
• Experience with AWS and/or Azure
• Proficiency in English

As mentioned above, team OnSite works with plenty of different technologies but we aren't looking for a unicorn, ninja developer, or a jack of all trades. We believe you need a solid ground of programming experience in C# or Java to stand on, but more importantly, you're eager to learn and try out new things.
