About the role
As Support Engineer, you will get the opportunity to learn and understand our product eSales so that you will be able to handle support requests. You will regularly engage with other colleagues in engineering, services, and sales.
Tasks may include, but are not limited to:
- Provide Technical Customer service through monitoring and responding to case-handling
- Issue Tracking and oversee Customer Service improvements
- Write Support Documentation, such as manuals, resolution steps, training materials, and technical support FAQ’s
- Monitoring and troubleshooting - every day you as a Support Engineer will handle technical support to ensure issues are recorded, tracked, and follows ups are done in a timely manner
So, who are you?
To thrive in the position of Support Engineer, we see that you have experience from working with technical customer support, have curiosity for technical issues and enjoy problem solving.
It would be beneficial if you have handled different file formats, such as XML or JSON as well as, basic knowledge in bash scripting or Python, along with Linux command line
Furthermore, you know the importance of technical documenting and to be structured. Due to that you will work with different stake holders, you are not afraid of taking decisions or initiatives. You have an analytical mind and great communication skills in Swedish and English.
