About the role

We are looking for a Partner Director to play an essential role in our success journey beyond the Nordics. As part of our Commercial Team you will work closely and collaborate with different kinds of partners as well as internal Voyado Teams such as Sales, Marketing, and Professional Services, while reporting to our COO. Our partners are a driving force in our expansion, helping our customers with services connected to Voyado, generating new customers, and growing revenue.

Together with the Partner Team, you will set and implement an international partnership strategy to scale Voyado through new, existing, and potential partners in our focus markets. Additionally, you will be responsible for defining and growing our Partner Team while facilitating company-culture team activities that support the personal growth of both experienced and new teammates. 

Some examples of your daily work

  • Deliver a scalable and repeatable pipeline of sales leads sourced from partners
  • Develop strategic alliances to enable brand positioning and pipeline generation
  • Make sure that each partner understands and follows the process of becoming the type of partners they want to be
  • Package and communicate a strong value proposition for consultant partners in how they can create value working with Voyado (ecom config, email templates, CRM strategy, campaign management, performance marketing, integrations, other MaaS-services etc)

Since this role requires you to operate on both a hands-on and more strategic level, we think you have the ability to prioritize and create a good balance in your daily work. 

You are genuinely interested in the tech landscape around online retail, you are familiar with our product, and you see this role as an opportunity to develop professionally and influence Voyado's growth strategy via the partner network.

Skills & Background:

  • Experience in building international partnerships in the SaaS/tech industry
  • Background in complex tech sales and good technical understanding 
  • Experience in managing and leading others in partnerships/sales/marketing
  • Proven track record of recruiting and leading a team of talented colleagues
  • Pro-level in English
