About the role

As our Head of Professional Services, you will guide and lead our amazing team which consists of 30 professionals with expertise in the area of project- and implementation management.

You will work closely with sales, customer success, client management and the product development team. Your greatest strength is the combination of a business/customers first mindset alongside the never-ending aspiration of creating a winning and happy team. Your strength is a result of your vast experience in the IT domain, project management and different roles involving team leadership.

You form the strategy for the professional services team based on high customer satisfaction, profitable onboarding projects and creating an exciting and progressive environment for your team.

  • Coordinate and prioritize the work within the team
  • Leading strategic initiatives and continuous improvement of our way of work with a broad perspective in collaboration with other business units
  • Contribute to our visionary goals together with team and stakeholders
  • Working closely with surrounding business units securing a world class customer experience
  • Setting up and reporting KPI:s, health metrics and ongoing initiatives in line with company objectives
  • Using your leadership experience to become a trusted advisor and coach for your team, setting up development plans for both team and individuals
  • Personnel responsibilities including continuous feedback, performance evaluation, pay review and recruiting

So, who are you? 

A business-oriented, service-minded and communicative leader who understands that true leadership is about making your team members grow. You like to set high standards and act as coach, mentor and role model for the trade of consulting and making customers satisfied. You thrive in a dynamic environment, seeing constant change and challenges as something positive.

Skills & Background:

  • A degree (BSc/MSc) within tech or business
  • At least 10 years of experience from consultancy work, preferably IT
  • Excellent communication skills combined with a pragmatic approach; comfortable in stakeholder management with senior counterparts (both customer and internally)
  • Experience from team leadership or change management
  • You speak Swedish – but since we are planning to take over the world you must be comfortable with technical and business English, both in speech and writing.

Nice to have:

  • Conceptual knowledge of complex IT landscapes, preferably retail
  • Experience from working with SaaS platforms (or as an application consultant in general)
  • Experience from working within the domain of retail
  • Experience from working with international clients
